HELPING TO FIGHT CANCER FABULOUSLY
The Little Vintage Beauty Parlour were super privileged to be asked to provide a series of Tea, Cake & Pamper events at the Teenage Cancer Trust Units at Nottingham's City & QMC NHS Hospitals over the past few weeks, providing young ladies with their very own private tea party and vintage inspired makeovers.
Armed with our signature vintage pinnies, styling trolley and a basket of Afternoon Tea goodies, Miss Whitley-Belle and The Little Vintage Beauty Parlour Team set about our fabulous task at hand by greeting small groups of awe inspiring young ladies and their parents all eager for a huge dose of old skool Hollywood style glamour, lovingly served up with a cloud of hairspray, the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack, a dash of red lipstick and huge homemade scones.
The group of exceptional young ladies greeted us with their huge smiles and positive attitudes as a much needed respite from the day-to-day struggle of their illnesses, round of treatments and medication and have the opportunity to laugh, giggle and talk about make up and their favorite bands as all teenage girls like to do whilst their parents and carers chatted over a good old cup of cha served in an good old china cup and saucer.
"At The Little Vintage Beauty Parlour we don't just apply make-up and style hair, we create memories and build confidence, helping to make ladies feel wonderful inside makes them feel beautiful on the outside."

Alarmingly. around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They ALL need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word ‘cancer.’ The Teenage Cancer Trust are the only charity dedicated to making this happen.
